Within the ClubSoft application there are three different ways you can add members to your club. in this document we will walk through each of the three ways to add new members.
First you can manually add an individual member to your organization by clicking on the membership directory and adding a user to your club.

The second method for adding a new member to your club is through bulk import, click on the “Import CSV” in the membership directory page, download the template from the pop up screen and adjust and modify your membership list. Once you are ready browse to that file on your computer and import the file. A preview window will display giving you the option to preview your columns before you import the users. Finally if you mess up, you can undo the import. Members imported via CSV will not receive an email notification prior to your club not going live.

Finally the third way to add a member to the application is through either the embedded membership form either embedded on your website or through the Website Lite editor. This allows prospective members the ability to request to join your club. Upon completion of this form, the prospective member will be placed into the Prospective members page until you are ready to approve them for membership. Upon your approval they will receive welcome email from your club.
