Within the ClubSoft application you can build and customize website forms that can be embedded on your website, added to your custom Website Lite page or sent to a user via email or Facebook. ClubSoft comes standard with two pre-built forms; a Membership Application form and a Contact form.

You can modify the existing Membership Application form and Contact form to collect important details for your club.

Once a user submits a form the administrator will receive an email notification with the details, additionally the form submissions can be found in the submission page (located under Documents – Forms – Submissions).

Note: Membership Applications and Contact forms automatically add users to the Contacts page and display in the Communication section as Contacts and Prospects.
