Deleting a member from ClubSoft
To delete a member from ClubSoft simply navigate to the members user profile scroll to the bottom of their profile and click “Delete Member Record” to delete the user from the application.

A member can automatically be added to the Clubs contact list so they can still receive occasional communication from your club. Under Configuration – Member Settings, an admin can choose if a user is automatically added to the Club’s contact list as an Alumni.

Deleting a contact removes a user from the contact list of external users.

Additionally a non member user can remove themselves from the your clubs email list by clicking on unsubscribe from any email communications they receive as a non member.
