New members can be added to the ClubSoft app a variety of ways (including manual entry, csv import and membership applications). One of our favorite ways is through the embedded membership application that can be embedded on your public facing website, or on the ClubSoft Website Lite page.

Once a perspective member completes the membership application on your website, the admin or designated contact person will receive an email notice with their membership application. The prospective member will automatically be added to the Members – Prospective Members page. Once approved by the membership, you can send an invite for them to setup their profile in the application and they will be moved from a prospective member to the membership directory and displayed on the Dashboard as the newest member to your club.

The membership application can be customize under the Documents – Form Builder section of the ClubSoft app.
