Resource Management

Managing club assets just got easier. The new Resource Management system allows administrators to define, organize, and assign spaces like moorage slips, RV sites, villas, or parking spots to members with precision and flexibility.

Key Features:

  • 🗂️ Custom Categories – Create and organize resources into categories such as Moorage, RV, Parking, Villas, and more.

  • 📍 Assignable Resources – Add specific spaces under each category and assign them directly to members.

  • 🔗 Subscription Integration – Tie each resource to a specific subscription or metered billing plan (e.g., yearly moorage or utility billing).

  • 📏 Resource Specs – Add attributes like length, depth, and beam to help match members with appropriate spaces.
